We have since communicated with one another and we will be appointing him as out attorney when we get set up in the USA some time in the near future.
Because of our good experience dealing with you, we have asked Josh to forward details by email of your other development as we may purchase some lots there as well. That is the difference between a professional developer and an amateur. The professional not only constructs the works to the best standard and ability, but the professional will always get return business from his clients and, as the saying goes here in Ireland, "You are only as good as your last job!" People will always remember their bad experiences in business and will try to avoid them in the future. Our experience has been a good one and, therefore, you can be assured that our paths will cross hopefully again in the future. It is something that we will be looking forward to.
